As a Concierge at Portside Towers, you will spend most of your time delivering superior customer service, ensuring seamless tour experiences, exceptional move-ins, total satisfaction, express service, and personal attention, contributing significantly to customer loyalty and resident retention while embodying professionalism at all times. You will warmly welcome residents, prospects, and guests, handle packages promptly and professionally, and answer phones with courtesy. You will also prepare for self-guided tours and proactively address customer needs. In this role, you will provide resident services such as lockout assistance, transportation arrangements, and event support. You will facilitate routine service requests, promptly passing them to relevant personnel, and coordinating emergency responses. Ensuring timely entry of service requests and conducting routine inspections for organized common areas will be part of your responsibilities. You will vigilantly monitor security systems for a secure environment and implement security measures by securing sensitive information and locking computers when away. To thrive in this position, you will need a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license if operating a motorized vehicle, and computer literacy along with effective communication skills. Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, is essential. Customer service experience is a bonus, and for New Jersey applicants, a Fire Safety Certification is preferred.
