About the position

The Concierge at Wellington Rehabilitation Center plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing high-quality customer service and addressing the needs of patients and their families. This position serves as a point of reference for guests, ensuring their concerns are met and facilitating a positive environment during their stay.

Responsibilities

  • Greets patients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
  • Answers, screens, and directs phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments if needed.
  • Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.
  • One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
