The Concierge at Wellington Rehabilitation Center plays a crucial role in enhancing the guest experience by providing high-quality customer service and addressing the needs of patients and their families. Responsibilities
- Greets patients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person's visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
- Answers, screens, and directs phone calls; takes messages and schedules appointments if needed.
- Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English; bilingual is a plus.
- One to three years of customer service experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
