About the position
The Concierge at Yellowstone Club is responsible for providing exceptional service to members and guests, ensuring a positive first impression upon their arrival. This seasonal role involves assisting with various tasks related to their visit, offering information about the Club, and facilitating reservations and itineraries to enhance the overall experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure outstanding guest service in a friendly environment by greeting and acknowledging every member and guest.
- Display hospitality and professionalism to guarantee total guest satisfaction.
- Understand and apply property safety and security procedures to maintain a secure environment.
- Initiate interaction with members and guests to obtain and disperse information.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding services, events, and activities.
- Facilitate dining, transportation, and activity reservations both on and off property.
- Create itineraries for members and guests during their visit.
- Interface with other departments to meet requests from members and guests.
- Assist in shipping, receiving, and delivery of mail and express items.
- Enter charges for services rendered and create client profiles using a management system.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-2 years' experience in customer service
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Competence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Valid State Driver's License
