About the position

The Concierge position at Concierge BL Manager, LLC is a customer-facing role that involves welcoming and assisting residents, guests, and potential team members. The Concierge serves as the first point of contact, providing information, directing inquiries, and promoting community events while ensuring a pleasant and secure environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and engage residents, guests, and fellow associates in person and via telephone.
• Direct all calls and inquiries to the appropriate associate.
• Promote programs and events that are taking place at the community.
• Monitor security systems, including the emergency call system, and respond accordingly.
• Assist the Business Office Manager with ordering supplies, filing, and inputting data.
