About The Position

Frontier Senior Living is currently seeking an outstanding Concierge to join Barathaven Memory Care community located in Dardenne Prairie, Missouri. This is a part time position from 4:30pm-7:00pm 2-3/week and every other weekend. Requirements

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Professional appearance and background are required.
• Exceptional verbal and written skills. Ability to work as a positive team member.
• Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.

Responsibilities

• High-level customer service for greeting and supporting all visitors and clients.
• Assist with social media.
• Answer incoming calls and route as appropriate.
• Support and assist with sales office matters as directed by the Executive Director.
• Customer service contact for questions and concerns.
• Ensure clean and presentable office space at all times.
• Assist with all special projects.
• Other duties as assigned.
