About the position

The Concierge at Sunrise Senior Living is responsible for providing exceptional hospitality and being the first point of contact for visitors at the Sunrise community. This role involves greeting potential residents and their families, managing calls, and supporting marketing and sales efforts by providing community information.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the Bistro area for refreshments, music, cleanliness
• Performing general administrative duties
• Welcoming visitors and supporting the hospitality of the Sunrise community.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or GED is required
• Proven experience in a customer service role is required
• Excellent customer service, organizational, and communication skills
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Organized record-keeping abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, with the ability to learn new applications
