About the position

The Concierge at Brandywine Living plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for residents and visitors. This position involves being the first point of contact, setting the tone for the experience of those entering the facility, and ensuring that each interaction is personalized and impactful. The role is available in full-time, part-time, and per diem capacities, with shifts covering days, evenings, and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for residents and visitors, providing a warm welcome.
  • Assist residents and guests with inquiries and requests, ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones and directing calls appropriately.
  • Coordinate with other staff members to ensure residents' needs are met promptly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years of experience or training in hospitality and/or customer service preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with residents and visitors.
  • Compassionate and patient demeanor.
