Responsibilities

- Assist cement masons with miscellaneous tasks such as expansion joint installation, topping, column repair, and slab upgrades.
- Follow workplace safety practices and guidelines.
- Complete tasks as directed by supervisors.
- Work flexible hours with a desire for overtime and ability to travel.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in commercial concrete work (preferred).
- Ability to read a measuring tape and use power and hand tools.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
- Prior leadership experience is helpful.
- Desire to learn and gain certifications for career advancement.
