About the position

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead a crew on a major heavy highway and bridge project. This role involves hands-on leadership in concrete finishing and site preparation tasks, ensuring safety and productivity on site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a crew responsible for concrete finishing and site preparation tasks.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete using tools such as walk-behind trowels, bull floats, and screeds.
• Manage daily workflow and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Maintain production and attendance records.
• Foster a positive, safety-oriented work environment.

Requirements

• At least three years of concrete finishing experience on large infrastructure projects.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
