About the position

We are seeking a reliable Construction Project Manager to join our team in Oklahoma City, OK. As a Construction Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing, planning, managing, and tracking the progress of our construction projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include ensuring that all project deliverables are met on schedule, managing budgets, and providing regular updates to stakeholders. You will be expected to monitor the project in-depth, ensuring compliance with building and safety regulations, and maintaining high-quality construction standards throughout the project lifecycle. In this role, you will be responsible for budget planning and cost estimating, as well as tracking inventory regularly to ensure that all necessary tools, materials, and equipment are available for the construction process. You will prepare both internal and external reports pertaining to job status, allowing for transparency and effective communication with all parties involved. Additionally, you will need to plan ahead to prevent potential problems and resolve any emerging issues promptly. As a Construction Project Manager, you will also be tasked with training and providing feedback to construction workers and subcontractors, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their tasks effectively. Your ability to manage and mitigate risks will be essential in maintaining the project's integrity and success.
