About the position
Aerotek is seeking dedicated Concrete Laborers to join a growing concrete construction company in the St. Cloud area. This position offers full-time, long-term employment with opportunities for year-round work, even during the winter months. Candidates will be required to travel to various job sites, meeting at the shop in St. Cloud every Monday morning and returning on Friday afternoons. The company covers hotel accommodations during the workweek, and employees will receive a daily per diem based on the distance to the job site. As a Concrete Laborer, you will start with basic labor duties, often referred to as 'grunt work', assisting on the job site wherever needed. This role requires individuals who are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions and can handle physically demanding tasks. A positive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential, as the company is open to training candidates who are interested in pursuing a career in construction.
