About the position

The position is designed for a flexible, results-driven team player with strong leadership development skills. The individual will manage multiple tasks, produce quality work, and consistently meet deadlines. The role involves supporting management and operations to prioritize various projects and responsibilities while maintaining a culture of discipline and effective communication. The candidate will gain knowledge of assigned project scopes, schedules, and deliverables, and assist in coordination between estimating, management, and project planning.

Responsibilities

• Support management/operation to prioritize multiple projects, responsibilities and deadlines.
• Maintain and promote a culture of discipline and effective communication.
• Promote/display operational leadership.
• Gain knowledge of all assigned project scopes, schedules, deliverables.
• Assist in coordination between estimating, management, and project planning.
• Assist with planning, leadership, and coordination of all upcoming and current projects.
• Fulfill projected requirements including submittal management, coordination, and project organization.
• Perform cost analysis, budget forecasting, estimating, and change order management.
• Lead/promote specific concrete operation focus.

Requirements

• Knowledge of commercial concrete industry means and methods.
• Project scheduling and management skills.
• Leadership development and training experience.
• Higher education with an emphasis in business administration, architecture, construction management, construction engineering, civil engineering or similar with relevant field experience.
• Strong computer skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, manage to-do lists, and work under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, articulate, and professional speaking abilities.
