About the position

This position involves performing concrete patching and filling work in the Phinney Ridge/Ballard area. The job requires an experienced concrete worker to address specific issues such as a sloped concrete area that poses a tripping hazard and filling small holes and cracks in existing concrete. The candidate will need to demonstrate their expertise in concrete work and provide a bid for the project.

Responsibilities

• Remove the old concrete patch completely.
• Patch a sloped area measuring approximately 30' x 24' to eliminate a tripping hazard.
• Fill four small holes/cracks in the concrete, each approximately 8"-12" long and 4"-6" wide, with depths of 2"-3".
• Ensure the new concrete matches the existing grey color of the concrete.
• Dispose of a small amount of concrete (1/4 bucket-full) after removal.

Requirements

• Proven experience in concrete work.
• Ability to provide photos of previous concrete projects.
• Knowledge of necessary weather conditions for concrete work (rain, moisture, humidity, etc.).
• Understanding of the approach to mixing and applying concrete.
