About the position

Cuviello Concrete is seeking reliable and dedicated employees for concrete polishing, surface preparation, epoxy coating, and slab restoration. This position offers on-the-job training and opportunities for growth based on work ethic and knowledge. The role involves working on commercial construction sites primarily in Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia.

Responsibilities

• Operate large industrial grinders weighing up to 1,200 lbs.
• Use hand grinders while on your hands and knees for several hours at a time.
• Follow safety guidelines and operating procedures for equipment and products.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment, vehicles, and warehouse.
• Assist with gathering equipment and supplies for each job.
• Assist with loading and unloading of vehicles.
• Follow the instruction of Shift Leaders and Crew Leaders.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic with a sense of urgency and reliability.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
• Own reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Ability to work extended hours when notified, including weekends and nights.
