The Concrete Sales Representative at Eureka Stone Quarry is responsible for driving sales and revenue generation in the Philadelphia area. This role involves serving various markets, including residential, commercial, and industrial, while collaborating with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional Customer Service
- Develop and Maintain new and existing customer relationships
- Document and Update customer records based on interactions
- Work with contractors quoting, selling and servicing projects
- Work with dispatch to provide efficient and timely service
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Sales and customer service experience
- Proven track record in sales and customer service
- Knowledge of concrete
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Self-motivated, Self-starter
- Reliability, dependability, honesty, and integrity is a must
- Valid driver's license
