About the position

The Concrete Sub-Contractor Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales in the construction sector, specifically focusing on concrete services. This role involves developing strategic sales plans, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets while collaborating with project managers to ensure client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and opportunities in the CRM system.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of success in construction sales, preferably in structural concrete, shoring, grading, or demolition.
  • Strong understanding of the construction industry and subcontracting processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and industry partners.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred.
