About the position

As a Condition Monitoring Implementation Manager at Caterpillar Inc., you will play a crucial role in supporting go-to-market initiatives, enhancing sales execution, and improving customer experience. This position requires you to be a subject matter expert in Condition Monitoring products and services, leading customer relationships and influencing equipment management strategies. You will conduct fleet inspections, consult on applications, and collaborate with internal teams to align marketing goals and develop product roadmaps.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage customer relationships to influence equipment management strategies.
• Conduct customer fleet inspections and site evaluations to identify operational improvements enabled by Condition Monitoring.
• Consult customers and dealers on Condition Monitoring applications such as applied technology, machine health, and safety.
• Collect product and customer requirements to capitalize on opportunities to grow Condition Monitoring capabilities and processes.
• Influence the development of technology tools/systems and work with key stakeholders to deploy technologies to drive Condition Monitoring growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align on timelines, understand marketing goals, and develop the marketing product roadmap of Condition Monitoring.

• Extensive level experience in technical excellence and application methods.
• Expert level knowledge of value selling principles and practices.

Nice-to-haves

• Working knowledge of Product Link™, VisionLink, VIMS, inspection processes, equipment lifecycle planning, S•O•S Services, and the Service Information System (SIS).
• Prior experience with customer account management and Cat Foresight Condition Monitoring suite.
