About The Position
Affinity Management Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Condo Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing large-scale condominium projects and possess strong leadership and organizational skills. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively coordinate with engineers, contractors, city officials, and board members to ensure successful project completion. As the demand for our services continues to grow, we are looking for individuals to join us on our quest to empower and transform each community we partner with. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and managing comprehensive project timelines, ensuring all milestones are met. You will liaise with engineers, contractors, and city officials to facilitate smooth project progression. Working closely with board members, you will establish the scope of work and select appropriate vendors. Additionally, you will prepare detailed Requests for Proposals (RFPs) to solicit bids from potential vendors and analyze and compare bids to ensure the best value and quality for the project. Oversight of the quality of workmanship and ensuring compliance with project specifications and standards will also be key responsibilities. You will need to address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle, ensuring that all stakeholders are kept informed and engaged throughout the process.
