About the position

The Conference Center Coordinator is responsible for coordinating arrangements for the use of designated district facilities by both internal and external stakeholders. This role involves providing accurate, timely, and courteous information and services to facilities users, while utilizing creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts. The position requires adherence to standardized operating policies and procedures, along with the interpretation of these policies as necessary.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate arrangements for the use of district facilities by internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide accurate and timely information and services to facilities users.
  • Utilize creativity and problem-solving skills to resolve conflicts or potential conflicts.
  • Follow standardized operating policies and procedures and interpret them as needed.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer service required.
  • Experience providing technical support is a plus.
