About the position

The Supervision and Monitoring Product Analyst will lead the development of a new Advisor controls dashboard for U.S. Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank. This role focuses on enhancing the advisor experience through collaboration with various stakeholders, including advisors, senior leaders, and technologists. The analyst will support the product vision, goals, and objectives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations while maintaining a commitment to scalability and stability.

Responsibilities

• Support the collection of information to inform product strategy and roadmap.
• Collaborate with product and requirement owners to deliver end-to-end product experiences.
• Write requirements, epics, and user stories to drive product development.
• Partner with Technology to resolve issues end-to-end.
• Support disciplined advisor portfolio management by defining and tracking program guidelines.
• Assist in planning for pilot/rollout of new capabilities, including communication and training.
• Leverage user data and feedback to shape product design and roadmap.
• Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners across Wealth Management and the Global Private Bank.

Requirements

• 1 year of experience in Wealth Management, Private Bank, or Asset Management industry.
• Experience in building a strategy and roadmap.
• Proven ability to execute through successful internal partnerships.
• Structured thinker with effective communication skills.
