About the position

Chase is seeking a highly collaborative and self-starting Rewards Product Analyst to enhance and personalize rewards products by leveraging customer insights and data intelligence. This role involves leading cross-functional teams to implement strategic initiatives that maximize business value and improve customer experience. The analyst will manage project delivery, analyze risks and benefits, and communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Grow into a subject matter expert on Rewards and Loyalty customer experience.
• Partner with technology teams to define epics and stories for new APIs and product features.
• Support the completion of business epics and remove blockers.
• Manage end-to-end product delivery following the Product Life Cycle.
• Develop project plans, metrics, risk/issues, decision logs, and other project artifacts.
• Analyze business and operational processes with key partners and oversee technology build.
• Manage user testing and coordinate solution implementation.
• Develop and manage integrated plans and provide regular progress communications to stakeholders.
• Communicate product needs, progress, and challenges to executive leadership.

Requirements

• 3 years of digital product, project management, or relevant experience with a proven track record of delivery in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with agile product development techniques and continuous integration practices.
• Ability to communicate openly and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Flexibility to partner across a large, matrixed organization and promote collaboration.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and convincingly.
• Experience with Microsoft suite (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint), JIRA, and Confluence tools.
• Bachelor's degree required.

• Experience with REST Service specifications using Swagger.
