About the position

The Connected Customer Supervisor at Floor & Decor is responsible for overseeing various operational processes including cashiering, returns, cash office functions, inventory management, and e-commerce support. This role aims to ensure that customers receive exceptional service throughout their shopping experience.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee cashiering processes and ensure accuracy in transactions.
  • Manage returns and ensure customer satisfaction with return policies.
  • Supervise cash office functions, including cash handling and reporting.
  • Oversee inventory management to maintain stock levels and organization.
  • Support e-commerce operations to enhance the online shopping experience.
  • Train and mentor team members to provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in retail management or a supervisory role.
