Responsibilities

• Provide QA support work for modem technologies.
• Collaborate with Verizon engineers to pursue test case completion and log collection.
• Manage and track trouble tickets, ensuring progress updates are communicated effectively.
• Conduct requirement analysis and highlight necessary changes or process updates.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in testing in lab, IoT, and field environments.
• Strong log analysis skills and familiarity with 3GPP protocols.
• Knowledge of 4G and 5G technologies.
• Familiarity with RF OTA processes and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working directly with Verizon or in a support role from an OEM.
• Experience in data processing and managing trouble tickets.
