As a Manager in our Technology Consulting - Data & Analytics team, you will have the opportunity to support client engagement teams in delivering professional services that address complex business problems related to data acquisition, validation, and analysis. You will work closely with client management and personnel to identify their business needs, utilizing process-based diagnostic analytics, solution analytics, and enterprise analytics to make informed assessments. Your role will involve reviewing reports and documenting findings to prepare recommendations for clients. You will strategize and implement master data management, data governance, enterprise data management, enterprise content management, and knowledge management initiatives. Monitoring progress, managing risks, and ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed about progress and expected outcomes will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. In this position, you will analyze data using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) as a key enabler, integrating analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions that align with clients' organizational policies and IT environments. You will demonstrate strong project management skills, monitor engagement status, and manage staff performance effectively. Your expertise in data strategy, governance, quality, definition, and management will be essential in transforming and improving clients' organizations. You will also highlight key business issues that clients may face and manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds to consistently deliver quality client services. This is a full-time position requiring a commitment of 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm. You will be expected to maintain long-term client relationships and networks while cultivating business development opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Support client engagement teams in delivering professional services focused on complex client business problems involving data acquisition, validation, and analysis.
  • Confer with client management and personnel to identify business needs and make assessments through various analytics methods.
  • Review reports and document findings to prepare recommendations for clients.
  • Strategize and implement master data management, data governance, and enterprise content management initiatives.
  • Monitor progress, manage risks, and keep key stakeholders informed about progress and expected outcomes.
  • Analyze data using Enterprise Intelligence (EI) and integrate analytics and business intelligence to provide solutions.
  • Demonstrate strong project management skills and manage staff performance effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business or a related field; or a Master's degree in the same fields with relevant work experience.
  • At least 5 years of post-bachelor's progressive related work experience; or 4 years with a Master's degree.
  • 4 years of experience in analytics tools such as ACL, Tableau, Spotfire, Microsoft SQL Server, SPSS, SAS, Business Objects, Cognos, Informatica, Trillium, and/or Data Stage.
  • 4 years of experience in modernized information management tools like Talend, Collibra, Oracle DRM, SAP MDM, Informatica, Hyperion, Essbase, and/or SQL.
  • 4 years of experience using analytics to solve business problems and monitor risks in business processes.
  • 4 years of experience with ETL processes.
  • 4 years of experience advising clients on the full data supply chain from data wrangling to data consumption via analytics.
  • 2 years of experience supervising a team of professionals.
