About the position

The Leake Agency is seeking high-character, ambitious life insurance agents for a remote sales position. This role offers the opportunity to build your own agency and provides extensive training and support. Agents will sell life insurance and annuities to individuals who have already expressed interest in these products, with no cold calling required. The position allows for flexible scheduling and has high income potential, with commissions paid daily.

Responsibilities

• Sell life insurance and annuities to interested clients.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Engage with leads provided by the company, ensuring no cold calling is necessary.
• Participate in training and mentoring sessions to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Manage your own schedule and work remotely from anywhere.

Requirements

• No prior experience necessary; willingness to learn and study for an insurance license is required.
• Strong work ethic and self-discipline to work independently without supervision.
