The Constituent Research Analyst (CRA) will play a fundamental role in our growing advancement team at Eastern New Mexico University (ENMU). Reporting to the Vice President for Advancement and Public Relations, the CRA will be a mission-driven professional aligned with the vision and mission of ENMU, a Hispanic Serving Institution committed to providing access and affordability to first-generation and socio-economically underrepresented families and students. The CRA will significantly contribute to co-creating our engagement and fundraising infrastructure, acting as a collaborative partner with advancement and alumni relations to inform and design constituent pools, pipelines, engagement, and solicitation strategies. The ideal candidate will possess the fundamental competencies of a prospect researcher and have the ability to grow within our developing division. The CRA should be curious, analytical, persistent, detail-oriented, and have a relationship-centered approach. A creative thinker and problem solver, the candidate should work well both independently and in collaboration with others. This position requires a proactive approach to research and analysis, ensuring that the advancement team is equipped with the necessary data to make informed decisions regarding fundraising and engagement strategies. In this role, the CRA will provide in-depth research and analysis of individuals, corporations, foundations, and philanthropic partners using a variety of sources, tools, and techniques. The CRA will conduct wealth screenings, cross-reference, and verify research findings across multiple sources, preparing written profiles, ratings, and qualification lists to help develop strategic pipelines. Additionally, the CRA will track research findings in a CRM system and assist with organization-wide efforts to acquire and maintain institutional data according to best practices in data management. Exceptional customer service to a variety of internal and external partners is also a key component of this role.
