Responsibilities

• Use existing database to determine the decision makers
• Prepare and submit proposals, follow up on the quotes and close the deal
• Market to existing clients and prepare estimates
• Continuously track and follow up on existing clients for additional services
• Attend periodic site meetings
• Coordinate with other office staff and promptly respond to requests for proposals
• Effective telephone/verbal communication with clients

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 2 years of experience in business development or sales
• Strong communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
• Understanding of the construction industry
