Mammoth Underground LLC is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Construction Accounting Clerk to join our busy construction office in Las Vegas, NV. This full-time position is essential for managing payroll, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in construction accounting, demonstrating a solid understanding of the unique financial processes involved in the construction industry. Proficiency in Excel and accounting software is a must, as these tools will be utilized daily to ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with industry standards. As a Construction Accounting Clerk, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our projects. You will be responsible for processing payroll for our construction teams, ensuring timely and accurate payments. Additionally, you will manage accounts payable, including vendor invoices and payments, as well as accounts receivable, tracking payments from clients and ensuring that all financial transactions are recorded accurately. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be vital in this role, as you will be handling sensitive financial information and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $20.00 to $25.00, depending on experience, with expected working hours of 40 hours per week. The work environment is office-based, and the schedule is Monday to Friday, with 8-hour shifts.
