The Construction Administrative Assistant at Bigelow Homes LLC plays a crucial role in supporting the Office Manager, Sales and Construction Manager, and CEO. This position is designed for a motivated individual who will assist in the daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining a positive company image. The role involves multitasking and managing various administrative tasks while providing exceptional customer service to homeowners during their home-building journey.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the daily operations of the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Collaborate with the Office Manager, Sales and Construction Manager, and CEO to prepare for business activities.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing exceptional service to homeowners.
  • Create letters, memos, and spreadsheets with precision.
  • Manage project administration for assigned tasks and support the accountant with various financial projects.
  • Oversee the HOA for developing communities, including collecting dues and processing bills using QuickBooks.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (1 year preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (1 year preferred)
  • Administrative experience
  • QuickBooks knowledge
  • Strong communication skills
  • Associate's degree preferred but not required
