About the position

The Construction and Accounting Administrator at Flower Construction is responsible for managing various administrative and accounting tasks related to construction projects. This role requires a blend of accounting knowledge and project management skills to ensure accurate billing and cost management.

Responsibilities

  • Collect and proof all job costs including Subcontractor AIAs and credit card receipts.
  • Process all change orders and monthly client billing.
  • Manage entry-level project administration responsibilities such as management of drawings, photos, agendas, meetings, and schedules to keep the team on track.

Requirements

  • A four-year college degree, preferably in Business or Accounting.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience with T&M and AIA billing.
  • Familiarity with Trimble Viewpoint Vista for Accounting and Trimble Teams, as well as Procore for project management.
