Responsibilities

  • Perform general bookkeeping duties, including journal entries, account reconciliation, and balance sheet reconciliation for multiple companies.
  • Conduct bank reconciliation to ensure accuracy of financial records.
  • Utilize accounting software such as Quicken, QuickBooks, and Xero to maintain and update financial data.
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
  • Prepare financial reports and statements for management review.
  • Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.
  • Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation as required.
  • Prepare and track NTO's.
  • Prepare and track partial and final releases.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in journal entries, account reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and bank reconciliation.
  • Experience working with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting principles and practices.
  • Technical accounting skills to accurately analyze financial data.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
