JDO Pools and Spas is seeking two dedicated Pool Construction Workers to join their team in Kilmarnock, Virginia. The role involves building custom in-ground swimming pools and water features, contributing to the company's reputation as a leading provider of pool maintenance services. Responsibilities

• Perform pool construction, including excavation, plumbing, and installation of pool equipment.
• Assist in the construction of new pools, spas, and other water features according to project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Inspect pool structures and report any issues or necessary repairs to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized worksite, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
• Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and answer any questions regarding construction progress.
• Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
• Complete daily documentation, including project updates and material tracking.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in pool construction or related field.
• Must have at least 5 years of driving experience.
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with clients in a friendly and professional manner.
• Physical fitness to perform manual labor, including lifting over 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company dress code at all times.
