About the position

The Construction Customer Care Representative at Toll Brothers is responsible for delivering quality warranty service to homeowners, ensuring a seamless luxury homebuying experience post-move-in. This role involves managing service requests, conducting inspections, and maintaining communication between homeowners and trade partners.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct routine Homeowner meetings to observe and assess warranty request submissions.
  • Manage service appointment communications and coordination between Homeowners and Trade Partners.
  • Enter, update, close Service Requests and process Purchase Orders.
  • Conduct Home Complete/Quality Inspections prior to delivery to the Customer.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction metrics related to homeowners served.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 3 - 5 years of residential construction experience.
  • Outstanding Customer Service Skills.
  • Strong computer skills including Outlook, Excel, and Word.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with a service department.
  • 1 - 3 years of Customer Service Experience.
