About the position

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Architectural Drafter to join our team, specializing in commercial building projects. This position is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to apply their skills in a dynamic environment and contribute to innovative designs.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit) based on initial sketches and specifications provided by architects.
• Work closely with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and feasibility, participating in team meetings to discuss project progress.
• Assist in preparing project documentation, including specifications, material lists, and cost estimates.
• Conduct site visits to gather data and ensure that designs align with site conditions and regulatory requirements.
• Update and modify existing drawings to reflect changes or improvements as directed by staff.
• Ensure all drawings comply with industry standards, building codes, and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Drafting, or a related field.
• Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) and a basic understanding of building codes and construction methods.
• Strong focus on accuracy and detail in drafting and documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
