Responsibilities

  • Lead the accounting department and oversee financial reporting processes.
  • Direct the preparation of weekly and monthly financial reports and payroll reports.
  • Negotiate the renewal of insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage.
  • Manage cash flow and implement effective cash management strategies.
  • Develop and monitor annual budgets to support company objectives.
  • Conduct financial analysis, including job costing and inventory management.
  • Perform CIP reconciliations and maintain the general ledger.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
  • Preferred 2+ years of controller or accounting manager experience in a construction or manufacturing company.
  • Experience with financial analysis, general ledger management, job costing, and inventory.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including proficiency in vlookup formulas and pivot tables.

Benefits

  • Salary range of $85,000 to $110,000 with bonus opportunities.
