Ironwood Construction is looking for dedicated Flaggers to join their team. This full-time role involves ensuring safety on construction sites by directing traffic and managing the flow of vehicles around work zones. The position requires working Monday through Friday, with potential for overtime hours.

Responsibilities

• Direct traffic around construction sites to ensure safety.
• Manage the flow of vehicles and pedestrians in work zones.
• Communicate effectively with construction crews and drivers.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Ability to pass a drug test and comply with random drug testing.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus but not required.
