We are seeking skilled Construction Framers to join our team at CactusNectar LLC. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in various framing techniques and a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. This role involves working on diverse construction projects, focusing on the structural integrity and aesthetic appeal of buildings. Successful candidates will demonstrate proficiency in multiple construction skills and a willingness to collaborate with other trades.

Responsibilities

• Perform wood and metal stud framing for commercial and residential projects.
• Execute concrete finishing tasks to ensure smooth and durable surfaces.
• Utilize welding techniques for structural support and assembly.
• Restore existing structures, ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Apply plaster finishes to enhance the appearance of walls and ceilings.
• Carry out frame carpentry duties, including measuring, cutting, and assembling materials.
• Install siding to protect buildings from weather elements while improving aesthetics.
• Operate hand tools effectively for precise construction work.
• Install drywall, ensuring proper fitting and finishing for a seamless look.
• Operate heavy equipment as needed for site preparation and material handling.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in metal & wood stud framing techniques.
• Experience in concrete finishing processes.
• Welding skills applicable to construction settings.
• Experience in restoration practices for existing structures.
• Knowledge of plaster application methods.
• Experience in frame carpentry, including layout and assembly.
• Experience in siding installation.
• Proficiency with hand tools commonly used in construction.
• Experience in drywall installation and finishing techniques.

Nice-to-haves

• Heavy equipment operation experience is a plus but not mandatory.
