About the position

The Construction-Heavy Maintenance Crew Member at SPATCO Energy Solutions is responsible for performing routine and heavy maintenance tasks, as well as constructing and installing fueling and charging stations across various sectors. This role involves using heavy equipment, ensuring environmental compliance, and maintaining positive relationships with team members and subcontractors. The position offers opportunities for growth through on-the-job training and requires a strong work ethic and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Using heavy equipment to dig ditches and manually install equipment.
• Working with concrete, framing, pouring, mixing, and finishing.
• Traveling to job sites, which may require overnight stays.
• Maintaining positive working relationships with crew members, vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring all safe work practices are followed at all times.
• Ensuring safe housekeeping practices are followed, including job cleanup at the end of each day.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity is a plus.
• Installer certifications in the product line are a plus.
• Equipment operation experience is a plus.
• Strong work ethic and reliable employee.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Ability to lift 75-100 lbs when necessary.
• Ability to work outside during all types of weather.
• Ability to work under time constraints efficiently and work well with others.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in the petroleum industry and product familiarity.
• Installer certifications in the product line.
• Equipment operation experience.
