About the position

The Construction Inspector role involves conducting on-site inspections of residential properties to document construction progress for banks. The inspector will utilize a mobile app to take photos and submit reports, ensuring that the funds being lent out correspond to the actual progress of construction. This part-time, flexible position allows individuals to choose their own hours while working independently in various locations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct progress inspections of residential properties on-site.
• Document completed work by taking interior and exterior photos using the Pruvan app.
• Submit photos through the app to the report writing team for processing.

Requirements

• Reliable vehicle for transportation to and from inspections.
• iPhone or Android smartphone/tablet for using the Pruvan app.
• General construction knowledge.

• Good communication skills for project coordination and follow-up.
• Ability to make arrangements for scheduled meetings if necessary.
• Physical fitness to navigate uneven construction sites and multiple flights of stairs.
