About the position
As a Capture Specialist at OnsiteIQ, you will play a crucial role in the construction process by providing essential video documentation of job sites. Your primary responsibility will be to walk through various construction sites each week, utilizing a 360º camera to capture high-resolution videos that reflect the current status of the projects. This information is vital for real estate investors who rely on accurate and up-to-date visuals to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise during construction. The work is project-based, meaning you will accept assignments as they become available in your market. While some projects may require only a few hours of work per month, others could demand a more significant time commitment, although full-time opportunities are rare. This flexibility allows you to manage your schedule while contributing to the construction intelligence platform that OnsiteIQ offers. OnsiteIQ specializes in mapping 360-degree imagery to architectural floor plans, enabling clients to virtually navigate through construction sites. This innovative approach helps stakeholders monitor progress, identify and track issues, and collaborate effectively throughout the construction process. As a Capture Specialist, you will be integral to this process, ensuring that clients have the visual data they need to make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
- Walk job sites weekly to capture high-resolution videos using a 360º camera.
- Upload captured videos to the OnsiteIQ platform.
- Ensure accurate documentation of the job site's status for real estate investors.
Requirements
- Valid Driver's License.
- Valid OSHA 10 certification (to be obtained within 30 days).
- Strong communication skills.
- Flexible schedule to accommodate project availability.
- Positive attitude and adaptability to changing conditions.
- Reliability in completing assigned projects.
