About the position

In this role, you will be an essential part of our construction and landscaping projects, contributing to various tasks that ensure the successful completion of each job. Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation and clean-up of job sites before and after construction activities.
• Perform physical labor tasks such as digging, lifting, carrying materials, and operating basic tools.
• Follow instructions from supervisors and skilled tradespeople to complete assigned tasks efficiently.
• Help with the assembly and disassembly of scaffolding, barricades, and other structures.
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment by adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in construction, landscaping or related fields is preferred but not required; willingness to learn is essential.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects (up to 100 pounds) and standing for long periods.
• Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices on the job site.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to follow directions accurately.
