About the position
The Lead Installer position at Jacuzzi Bath Remodel involves overseeing the installation of bath and shower products, ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. Responsibilities
- Manage the installation process from start to finish.
- Supervise an Apprentice Installer during projects.
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Document installation progress using technology such as an iPad.
- Perform carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing as needed.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in construction, preferably in bathroom remodeling.
- Experience with carpentry, demolition, tile work, remodeling, framing, or plumbing.
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs consistently.
- Proficient in using technology for documentation purposes.
- Ability to manage a job and supervise an Apprentice Installer.
