About the position

The Construction/Maintenance Project Manager at ABCO Maintenance is responsible for overseeing the successful completion of work orders and projects at customer locations, primarily in retail and commercial properties. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to manage resources effectively. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the successful completion of work orders and projects at customer locations.
  • Work with on-site technicians and subcontractors on daily work orders from inception to completion.
  • Plan and budget for projects effectively.
  • Manage and allocate resources and onsite technicians.
  • Communicate progress and updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor project progress and document all relevant information.

Requirements

  • Experience in project management, particularly in construction or maintenance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
