About the position

The Construction Materials Sales Territory Manager at Resiliency LLC is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market reach within the Southeastern Florida territory. This role focuses on engaging with architecture and design firms to specify a range of product lines in the Healthcare and Spaces markets. The position requires a solid understanding of the construction and bidding process, along with the ability to maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, establishing oneself as a trusted industry resource and product expert.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and expand market reach in the Southeastern Florida territory.
• Engage with architecture and design firms to specify product lines.
• Conduct presentations and hold appointments with architects, interior designers, contractors, and facility end-users.
• Maintain strong relationships with customers to establish trust and expertise in the industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Prior outside sales experience in construction or building products.
• Solid understanding of the construction and bidding process.
• Excellent presentation and computer skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation.

Nice-to-haves

• Bilingual skills preferred.
• Experience calling on architects and designers.
