About the position

Join our team as a Construction Office Administrator and play a vital role in the success of our construction projects! We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual to manage office operations and support our construction team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining project documentation and records, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date. You will coordinate communication between project managers, subcontractors, and clients, facilitating smooth operations and timely updates on project statuses. Your role will also involve scheduling and organizing meetings, site visits, and project timelines to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. You will process invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Providing excellent customer service is essential, as you will handle customer inquiries and assist with any issues that may arise. Additionally, you will perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies to maintain an efficient work environment. This position requires strong organizational and multitasking skills, as you will be juggling various tasks and responsibilities throughout the day. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for effective collaboration with team members and external partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook, is necessary to perform your duties effectively. Previous experience in construction administration or a similar role is preferred, and a high school diploma or equivalent is required, with additional qualifications in office administration or a related field being a plus.
