About the position

The Construction Office Administrator at North Pacific Door Corporation plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of a leading distributor and installer of doors and door frames in Washington. This full-time position is based in Kent, WA, and offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $25 to $30. The primary responsibilities include the preparation and maintenance of monthly schedules of values (SOVs) for billing purposes, as well as updating and maintaining the project management tracking website (Monday site). The Office Administrator will coordinate closely with project managers to assist with monthly billings via SOVs, ensuring that all necessary documentation is forwarded to the Accounts Receivable administrator before the billing due date. Additionally, the role involves assisting with inventory reporting that correlates with amounts billed each month and performing other administrative duties as requested by supervisors or management. The ideal candidate will possess strong written, verbal, and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail and accuracy. Analytical abilities and the capacity to prioritize workload effectively are essential for success in this role. Proficiency in Excel, particularly with Pivot Tables, is a significant asset. While experience in the construction industry is beneficial, training will be provided for the right candidate. The Office Administrator should also be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and SharePoint, and must be able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Flexibility in day-to-day duties and a willingness to learn new tasks are also important attributes for this position.

Responsibilities
