About The Position
The Construction & Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of facilities maintenance and operations. This role requires a hands-on manager who will not only supervise a team but also engage in maintenance tasks directly. The Operations Manager ensures that all maintenance items are completed efficiently and that the quality standards of the company are upheld in common areas and tenant suites.
