About the position

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day processes of the operations department. This role ensures that the organization implements the right processes and practices to meet goals and objectives set by the Director of Operations and C-level executives. The ideal candidate will lead project managers and the operations team to drive performance, enhance quality, and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance.
• Collaborate with sales to estimate, schedule, and assign projects to appropriate Project Managers (PMs).
• Improve operational management systems and best practices in conjunction with other departments.
• Manage procurement of materials, plan inventory, and oversee warehouse operations.
• Ensure legal compliance of all operational processes.
• Develop strategic and operational objectives to enhance performance.
• Analyze financial data to optimize profitability.
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform quality control checks and monitor production standards.
• Recruit, train, and supervise operations staff.
• Implement strategies to improve customer service quality.

Requirements

• 3 years of Project Manager background (Preferred)
• 5+ years of industry experience in Industrial Construction (Required)
• Driver's License (Required)
• Ability to relocate before starting work (Required)
• Willingness to travel up to 50% (Required)
