About the position

We are an established and growing restoration general contractor that specializes in rebuilding and restoring residential buildings after a flood, fire, or other natural disaster. We are seeking a Construction Production Manager in the South Shore, MA area to join our team. Our Production Managers plan, execute, and finalize restoration/construction projects according to a defined scope of work and within the allotted budget. This role will define the project's objectives and oversee quality control throughout the entire rebuilding process. The Production Manager has daily oversight of the in-house skilled craftsmen as well as our network of subcontractors, and proactively communicates potential issues with suggested resolutions or corrective action. Our Production Managers are the primary contact with our customers, leading and coordinating weekly updates with customers to address any concerns they may have. Utilizing our project management software, you will maintain accurate and up-to-date records regarding job status and will stay engaged with our support staff and estimating teams. Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and finalize restoration/construction projects according to a defined scope of work and within the allotted budget.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years of construction management experience.
  • Proficiency in Xactimate.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and communication skills.
  • Must possess CSL certification.
