About the position

The Production Manager at Northeast Power Dry is responsible for overseeing the production department, which includes managing technicians who eliminate property damage caused by water or mold. This role requires a reliable, customer-focused leader who can motivate and develop staff while ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service delivery. The position emphasizes a positive work culture and offers a clear career path for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Motivating, supporting, and providing guidance to production staff.
• Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality.
• Assuring mitigation jobs are completed in a timely and professional manner, supporting the department 24/7.
• Following up that projects are completed in an established timeframe and meet customer satisfaction.
• Hiring staff, interviewing, and meeting candidates.
• Working diligently with managers in a team setting.
• Supporting dispatch throughout the course of the week.
• Supervising and evaluating the performance of production personnel (quality inspectors, workers, etc.).
• Determining the number of necessary resources and managing inventory control.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university/college or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum 2 to 5 years of experience in management required.
• Previous management experience in the Disaster Mitigation and Restoration industry is a plus.
• Knowledge of financial analysis and interpretation required.
• Previous construction management experience is highly preferred.
• Prior experience in mentoring and developing management-level staff is required.
• Experience leading a staff of 50+ managers and hourly employees is necessary.
• A high degree of integrity and business maturity is essential.
• Demonstrated time management skills to manage multiple lines of business and prioritize resources accordingly.
• Proven success in interfacing with various organizational functions and considerable negotiation skills.
